Bytescribe adheres to the Canadian Data Privacy Laws for Canadian accounts.  All data for Canadian accounts is stored on servers located in Montreal.  Data transfers between clients and the servers remain in Canada.  Telephone dictation is recorded through phone networks provided by Canadian companies.  Our Canadian data center providers are knowledgeable of the country’s privacy laws.  Data is securely stored from public and private companies.
